David MassaroPresident and Broker of Record
David was educated in Washington, D.C. at the Catholic University of America. He gained valuable sales experience living and working in New York City before returning to his Pittsburgh roots to spearhead the commercial real estate division of the family-owned business.
Like his father, David has what it takes to find the right deal in the right location with the right investment. His most exciting recent endeavor is the Highland Wallace development, which includes the transformation of two historic office buildings into trendy urban apartments, retail space and a parking garage in the East End, one of Pittsburgh’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
David leads the Massaro Properties team, who are responsible for leasing and managing Massaro owned properties, tenant/landlord representation, third party brokerage, third party property management and land development.

Ed joined Massaro Properties in June of 2013, and is responsible for all financial matters related to the business. After working in finance/management in the hospitality industry for more than 25 years, Ed decided to utilize his people skills and years of accounting knowledge to manage the account receivables/payables as well as collections and budgets for Massaro. His financial knowledge, paired with the ability to build strong management-tenant relationships makes him a great asset to the Massaro team.
Ed has a degree in accounting from Community College of Allegheny County.
Kim BradichAssistant Property Manager & A/P Clerk
Kim joined the Massaro team in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant. Her efficiency and dedication to keeping our tenants happy earned her a promotion to Assistant Property Manager & A/P Clerk in 2016. She works closely with our controller, Ed Dehler, to process accounts payable, while also handling general property management issues, lease administration, vendor contracts and compliance.
Becky BroderickAdministrative & Marketing Coordinator
Becky is a Pittsburgh native, who, like President David Massaro, honed her professional skills in New York City for several years before returning home. She brings to the team solid experience in administration/office management, marketing and writing. As our Administrative & Marketing Coordinator, Becky will act as a liaison between our tenants and the property management/ maintenance staff, while also coordinating marketing activities for the company and each of our properties.
Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
