David leads the Massaro Properties team, which is responsible for leasing and managing Massaro-owned properties, brokerage, development and property management. He has executed in excess of 700,000 square feet of lease transactions.
Like his father before him, David has what it takes to find the right deal in the right location with the right investment. Throughout his 20+ years of experience, he has been responsible for more than $200M in real estate development and acquisition. In 2015, he was the co-recipient of the SIOR awards for Most Creative Deal of the Year and Land Sale of the Year, both for the former Allegheny County Health Department site on Forbes Avenue in Oakland. The land now contains a 144-key Marriott Residence Inn and SkyVue Apartments.

As Associate Broker for Massaro Properties, Martha specializes in leasing and sales of office and warehouse/flex space in the Greater Pittsburgh area. Since taking on this role in 2001, she has helped to establish Massaro's full-service real estate brokerage business and represented ownership of the Massaro portfolio.
With more than 25 years of experience in real estate, Martha has been involved in tenant and buyer representation, landlord leasing, and disposition of commercial property. Before joining the Massaro team, Martha worked in the residential real estate market, selling both existing homes and new construction developments.

After more than three years of working as a residential agent, Rania made the transition into commercial real estate when she joined the Massaro team. Rania is responsible for marketing and leasing Massaro’s portfolio of office buildings, developing new and existing tenant relationships, and securing lease renewals. In addition to her real estate license, Rania also holds a PA notary license.

Ed joined Massaro Properties in June of 2013, and is responsible for all financial matters related to the business. After working in finance/management in the hospitality industry for more than 25 years, Ed decided to utilize his people skills and years of accounting knowledge to manage the account receivables/payables as well as collections and budgets for Massaro. His financial knowledge, paired with the ability to build strong management-tenant relationships makes him a great asset to the Massaro team.
Ed has a degree in accounting from Community College of Allegheny County.

Kim joined the Massaro team in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant. Her efficiency and dedication to keeping our tenants happy earned her a promotion to Assistant Property Manager & A/P Clerk in 2016. She works closely with our controller, Ed Dehler, to process accounts payable, while also handling general property management issues, lease administration, vendor contracts and compliance.
