David E. Massaro
Director of Real Estate Services
David Massaro supervises the leasing and management of over 750,000 square feet of office space, and is responsible for all new real estate acquisitions and developments. His background includes over 15 years of experience in sales, finance and management on Wall Street and in the health care equipment industry. David is a graduate of the Catholic University of America with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and is a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent.

David is a member of the National Association of Office and International Properties (NAIOP). He served as Western PA NAIOP President in 2002 and 2003. David also serves on the boards of Youthworks, Three River Workforce Investment Board, City Theatre and St. Margaret Foundation.

Martha L. Graham
Broker of Record
With fifteen years of real estate experience, Martha Graham is responsible for a full range of commercial real estate services and is committed to assisting her clients in developing effective solutions for their real estate needs.  Her expertise includes tenant and buyer representation, landlord representation, and property disposition.  Martha has experience in office, industrial, and retail properties.  Prior to joining Massaro Properties, she worked in residential real estate on both new construction and existing home sales.  Martha is a licensed real estate broker and an active member of the Pittsburgh Airport Area Chamber of Commerce and Commercial Real Estate Women – Pittsburgh.

Marc F. Battistone
Property Manager
Marc Battistone is responsible for the property management of over 500,000 square feet of space in the Massaro Properties portfolio. His responsibilities include the day-to-day operations of the buildings, as well as negotiating lease renewals with tenants and overseeing construction and renovation of new space. Marc has over ten years of experience in property management in both Pennsylvania, Marylandand Virginia, working with owners of office buildings, retail strip malls and apartment communities. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh as well as a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Marc is also currently a member of the RIDC Park West Association, IREM and is a candidate for Certified Property Manager designation..

Robert Sule
Associate Broker
Robert is a licensed real estate broker both in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in the State of West Virginia. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Utah with concentrations in marketing and finance. Robert has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. His career began with a Pittsburgh-based real estate firm and later served in executive capacities with top real estate firms. Robert joined Massaro in January 2003. During his career, Robert has represented owners, tenants and purchasers in numerous transactions. In many cases, he was able to devise creative solutions for clients in the disposition of real estate holdings.
