David serves as the President of Massaro Construction Group ("MCG"), the holding and shared services company for Massaro Corporation, Massaro Construction Management Services and Massaro Restoration. David also is President Massaro Properties, overseeing the commercial leasing, brokerage, development, and property management. With over 25 years of experience, he has completed 800,000+ square feet of lease transactions and over $200M in real estate development and acquisitions. David is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of PA. In addition to leading MCG and Massaro Properties, David also leads Massaro Restoration Services ("MRS"), where he guides the team in delivering timely and efficient disaster recovery solutions. Under the slogan "There is nothing we can’t undo," the MRS team specializes in restoring commercial properties affected by fire, water, mold, smoke, and storm damage.

Zac joined the Massaro Properties team in 2018 after working in residential property management for a number of years. He is responsible for managing and leasing the portfolio of buildings that are owned and operated by Massaro Properties throughout the Pittsburgh area. He works closely with the entire Massaro Properties team to ensure that both existing tenants and new tenants can confidently call their office space home.

Massaro Properties welcomed Mrs. Welsch to the team in early 2022 as the Sales & Leasing Associate. She specializes in office and warehouse/flex space in the Greater Pittsburgh area. Mrs. Welsch holds degrees in finance as well as real estate development and urbanism from the University of Miami, with formal training in architecture and urban planning. She is a motivated commercial real estate professional with over 10 years of diverse experience in brokerage, development and capital markets.

Kim joined the Massaro team in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant. Her efficiency and dedication to keeping our tenants happy earned her a promotion to Assistant Property Manager & A/P Clerk in 2016. She works closely with our controller, Doug Baynton, to process accounts payable, while also handling general property management issues, lease administration, vendor contracts and compliance.
